It is enough to mix cream or cottage cheese, milk, sugar and eggs in the correct proportions, add fruit, chocolate or other tasty ingredients to this mixture, have them frozen, and for several hours you can enjoy the unique flavour of ice cream that we all love.
The recipe above is traditional, but today you will not encounter it. In many ice creams there are industrial hydrogenated vegetable fats, no cream. However, it tastes good to us, though without any beneficial benefit to our organism. However, not everywhere they ceased to be ice cream by what they used to be!

Thank God there is still someone in the Czech Republic who produces ice creams honestly and with love according to the original recipe. No wonder it's a huge success!
